Thai Food

Today was a first time making Thai food. We used the following recipe from Better Homes and Gardens.Thai Curry Chicken Stir Fry. It was very yummy. We didn't put in the mushrooms because Aaron does not like them and we used whole grain rice instead of noodles. Next time we make it we are going to use more curry and less cilantro.    We even used a lovely wok that we borrowed from Aaron's mom. I paired our wonderful dinner with my favorite wine from Carlos Creek Winery in Alexandria, MN, You Betcha Blush. Its my favorite and goes well with spicy food such as Thai. Now for a relaxing night on the couch watching tv and pinning :)
